  1. Scope

    These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by L.P Advisory, including consulting, strategy, e-commerce management, marketing, growth, audits, and coaching.

    Any validation implies full acceptance.

  2. Obligation

    The Provider operates under a best-efforts obligation.

    • Does not guarantee results.
    • Is not responsible for client decisions.
    • Is not responsible for third parties.
    • Does not guarantee outcomes.

  3. Orders

    Any validation constitutes:

    • a binding order,
    • a contractual commitment,
    • a waiver of withdrawal rights.

  4. Pricing & payment

    Prices in EUR, VAT excluded.

    • 50% non-refundable deposit.
    • Balance at delivery.
    • Payment within 7 days.

    Late payment results in penalties and suspension.

  5. Cancellation

    • No cancellation after validation.
    • Deposit retained.
    • Work due, plus 50% of the remaining balance.

    Recurring contracts: 60-day notice.

  6. Client obligations

    The Client must:

    • provide accurate data,
    • respect timelines.

    Delays do not affect payment obligations.

  7. Delivery

    • Deadlines are indicative.
    • Digital delivery only.

    Revisions:

    • minor included,
    • major billed.

  8. Confidentiality

    Mutual confidentiality applies to all shared information.

  9. Intellectual property

    All work remains property of the Provider.

    Client receives internal usage rights only.

  10. Liability

    Limited to the amount paid.

    No indirect damages.

  11. Force majeure

    Provider may suspend or terminate without liability.

  12. Data protection

    GDPR compliant. No third-party sharing.

  13. Disputes

    Jurisdiction: Provider's location.

  14. Acceptance

    Client acknowledges full acceptance.

    Validation = final agreement.
